Banana Tree

The Banana Tree restaurant in Milton Keynes is a fitout of space in the contemporary Brooklyn House. Serving Malaysian fusion cuisine, the Banana Tree brief was to create a variety of spaces, sometimes comforting and snug and in other parts of the restaurant, open and inviting. The material palette uses massive wood beams, exposed concrete and blackened steel to create galleries, sunken seating, hanging chairs and bespoke mood lighting fixtures.
